Hello, my name is Marian Birdywing and I am the founder of the Birdywing company, where we have been producing wooden world maps for walls and other wall decorations since 2018. He is an experienced wooden map designer. My comprehensive experience and qualifications allowed me to achieve success. I started my professional path in the IT industry, where for many years I was involved in creating websites, graphic design, programming and implementing marketing campaigns. Over time, however, I wanted a change and decided to transfer my passion for creating into something more tangible.

From IT to Craft

To realize my new ambitions, I built the first CNC milling machine, which became a key tool in the production of wooden world maps. Thanks to my technical knowledge, precision and marketing skills, I was able to design and create products of exceptional quality and aesthetics.

Experience in IT and Programming: For many years I specialized in creating websites, graphic design and programming, which allowed me to gain extensive technical knowledge.
Building a CNC milling machine and a CO2 laser: With my own hands, I built a CNC milling machine and a CO2 laser, which was a key step in realizing my new vision.
Transition to crafting: I transferred my IT and programming skills to the world of crafts, creating high-quality wooden maps of the world.
Marketing: Using my experience in marketing, graphics and websites, I successfully promoted my products, gaining a wide group of satisfied customers.

My education

IT Technical Secondary School: I graduated from the IT Technical Secondary School, where I gained solid foundations in the field of IT.
Master of Science in Management and Production Engineering: I obtained a Master of Science in Engineering from the Rzeszów University of Technology, majoring in Management and Production Engineering, which allowed me to develop my skills in managing production processes. P.S. Designing and building the first CNC machine was a master’s thesis 🙂
Studies in Web Application Design: I graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, specializing in designing web applications, which allowed me to acquire advanced skills in creating modern websites.
Studies in Mechatronics: My studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków in the field of Mechatronics allowed me to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to build and operate advanced mechanical-electronic systems.
Internet Marketing Studies: I graduated in Internet Marketing from WSIZ in Rzeszów, which enabled me to effectively promote my products and services online.
